Not really since that came on several years of Tacomas. Look closely on the perimeter for paint chips, might find the trucks body color. Let the cops know a Tacoma owner is missing a Grill..

Well the tacos whole front clip changed in like 02? I think.
So its probably a 95.5-01 taco.

I went off the part numbers the OP posted so I'm pretty confident unless the Taco owner had swapped a grille into it prior to the hit an run, but I find that to be doubtful. To bad a vin isn't on that part.

 

It appears to be from a 2WD Tacoma. If I’m not mistaken the 4WD grill looks different. Those have like a vent looking insert next to the headlights, the 2WD (like this) does not.

'95 to '97 Tacoma with sealed-beam headlights. Possibly 4wd if the 'chrome' wasn't available on 2wd.
