My left calf is killing me! Just got my 05 Taco yesterday. 5 speed. My heel hits the floorboard before the clutch pedal is depressed enough to shift, so I have to pivot my ankle and keep my toes pointed forward. Anybody else have this pain? Any suggestions? Is the pedal position adjustable? You pivot your ankle to depress the gas pedal but you shouldn't have to on the clutch.

I always had to do that on my '85 4Runner. I think they do that so that you dont ride the clutch.
You know that Toyota ad that asks, "are you tough enough for the Tacoma?" If you're gonna be a Toyota owner, you best toughen up!
