Just got my exhaust done. They were unable to use the IS350 Y-Pipe so I just got the mufflers welded just to see how it sounds. Since the exhaust is ultra quiet, I will most likely get 2.5" piping all the way from the header later down the road for more performance without the noise getting too loud. Also, I will try to get the exhaust tips to sit closer to the bumper. I will make more videos when I have time cruising on the highway and at WOT.

I'm starting to like the setup more as the exhaust is breaking in. The tone is getting deeper and alittle louder, which is perfect for me. Definately down the road I'm getting a stainless steel 2.5" all the way with the resonator removed since I personally think it won't get too loud.

Definately post pics and clips of your Borla exhaust under load, which I'm about to do later this week.

It's actually not noticeable at all unless I'm accelerating hard. Even playing low volume music will eliminate the noise from the exhaust. When I have time, I'm planning to make a short video of me going WOT on an interstate entrance ramp, acceleration under various throttle loads, and cruising at highway speeds. I'm planning to do this with all the windows closed to give you guys a good idea of what it sounds like inside the cabin during everyday driving.

I'm loving the sound of the hi power. Although the only think i don't like, is the low throtle sound. When you step on it sounds pretty beefy. I guess there would be a bigger benfit on manual...since you could play around with the gears better. Just out of curiousity, whats the size of the canister and tip? ITs like the univeral n/a muffler seems too small, but the turbo one is way too big. I like the one that full cat backs or axle backs have. I just need to find a used one that size. Last thing, it might sound stupid...but what is the benefit of using the stainless steel piping? And if you're upgrading to SS, than what is stock ususally made of?

Hey Epsilon... if you have time, can you do a steady state (10 seconds at a time) cruising in 6th at say at 50 mph - 80 mph in increments (or whatever range you are willing to do) of 2 mph and give feedback if there's any drone?

Sounds good and looks tough with the shiney cans under the bumper cover!

TIA
